Website Content Management Interface

No web site is written in stone, the text content of your web pages will have to be updated sooner or later. Having to pay someone to modify the content of your web site can become costly if you need to make changes very often. DebonStudio Web Design provides every web site with a customized user friendly content management interface that enables you to update yourself your web site instantly at no extra cost.

Keep in mind that this interface will enable you to change only the text content on your pages. If you need to update pictures, PDFs or other medias on your website, we will be glad to customized your interface accordingly, but you will be billed separatly. Our rate is $35 per hour. Contact us if you wish to be able to update yourself graphics on your site.

How it works

The content management interface is customized to the specific needs of our clients. So none will look the same or have the same options. But they have similarity that we will describe here.

STEP 1 - First, before accessing the interface, you need to login your username and password.

STEP 2 - Once the authentication is done, you are presented with the main options available. They usually include a list of editable pages or links, basically any editable text on your website. Just click on the page or link you wish to modify and all the editable areas of the page you have chosen will be displayed in text boxes.

STEP 3 - Make the changes directly in the text boxes and click preview.

STEP 4 - You can review on the next page all the changes you have made. If you are satisfied, confirm the changes by clicking... confirm.

STEP 5 - That's it! That's all there is, you're done.
